Patina Patina PatinaMiller starred as the Leading Player Miller was the lead actor in his role in the Broadway stage revival of Stephen's iconic 1972 musical "Pippin". Diane Paulus won the Tony Award in the 67th Annual Tony Awards for Best Revival of a Musical. "Pippin" which was a musical with Matthew James Thomas with Andrea Martin, Terrence Man, Matthew James Thomas as well and directed by Diane Paulus. Patina has put her own contemporary version of the award-winning Ben Vereen's performance and did a great job at mastering the Fosse moves that are so crucial in the production. Patina has been nominated for a Tony Award, an Outer Critics Circle Award and also a Broadway.com Audience Choice Award. Additionally, she won the Drama League Award as Best actress for of a Leading Role and an Outer Critics Circle Award as Outstanding Actress for a musical. Between December 2012 and December 2012, she played the lead role in American Repertory Theater's production of Pippin. Miller made her Broadway debut in the 2011 Broadway season as the gutsy nightclub-singer-turned-nun "Deloris Van Cartier" in the stage adaptation of "Sister Act", which earned her first Tony nomination, as well as Drama Desk, Drama League, and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations for her performance.
